UX CASE STUDIES
Welcome to my portfolio! I have curated three in-depth case studies, from product strategy and ideation, to prototyping and user testing.
My goal was to design an e-commerce platform for Aura, a fictional clothing store. The objective was to enhance the customer experience, increase revenue, and address the challenge of selling the entire inventory by facilitating effortless size and fit selection for customers.
This case study explores a fun Tune Together feature for Disney Plus. It creates an interactive experience for parties and connecting with distant loved ones. Participants used their smartphones to join a virtual party room on Disney+, synchronizing their presence. The phones also act as karaoke microphones, enhancing the singing experience.
Good Egg Bookshop was struggling to keep up with e-commerce giants like Amazon. To address this issue and promote local businesses that contribute to the community, this project aimed to enhance the clients' e-commerce experience while supporting independent businesses.
UX PROCESS
My main emphasis in the UX process is to prioritize identifying the correct problem to address. Whether it involves conducting research or testing prototypes, my goal is always to adopt a user-centered approach through iterative sprints. I am open to adjusting the UX process as needed, depending on the project requirements.
TOOLBOX
